Pedis by the Pool...

(This is the last post about Emmy's birthday. I promise).

So after all that planning and set up it was finally time to PARTY! The kids couldn't get in the pool fast enough - everyone was ready to swim!

Emmy had the best time with all of her friends - she loves all the special people in her life, but her sweet face got so excited when her "school friends" and TEACHERS showed up to celebrate! That picture on the bottom right just kills me - we have spent so much time with Radley's class and friends that it was fun for me to watch her interact with these tiny tots. They had the best time swimming and eating and just playing together outside of school.

And of course Anna makes sure to take care of Emmy at all times - such a good bestie.

A few of them couldn't wait to paint their toes - even Caleb who went with a very manly blue.

Radley couldn't decide between painting toes and swimming - he never left the water.

And Landry had the BEST time. She is fearless - she just kept crawling deeper and deeper into the water. She would have kept going if Ryan didn't "ruin her fun" by picking her up.

I kept snatching them up to plant kisses on them - Radley wouldn't sit still long enough.

Everyone was all smiles all day long!
(And talk about fearless - Millie just jumped in the water over and over again and loved it! Future Olympian?)

Before we knew it - we were taking mandatory group picture and getting ready for cupcakes.

Front Row: Mary Anne, Landry, Anna, Millie, Delaney

Happy happy birthday to YOU, Estelle Emersyn King..

And happy day to all the parents that had to deal with this mess!
(I apologize for the blue icing)

The kids didn't even wait for presents - they ate and then ran back to the pool. So we let them and just packed up the car to open gifts at home. Most people left at noon, but we our core group stayed for a couple of more hours and enjoyed some pizza. Miss L even got in a nap.

We had the best time celebrating our best (3 year old) girl and can't say thank you enough to those that celebrated with us!
